Pico de Gallo

 

1 large onion, finely chopped
4 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
¼ cup chopped green chile
½ cup fresh cilantro, minced
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt

Mix all together. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving for flavors to blend. Serve with fajitas, steak, pork, or chicken. Enjoy!
