2 large cans artichoke hearts
15 (more or less) fresh green chiles, diced
1 dozen eggs
2 large pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. ground sausage, cooked (optional)
Drain artichoke hearts. Cut each in half and place in bottom of 9x13-inch pan sprayed with Pam. Spread chiles on top. Top with cheese. Beat eggs lightly in a bowl. Pour over mixture. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Cut into squares.
