Grown in the Hatch, NM valley by folks who have been growing chile for generations, this chile is hand sorted, flame roasted and hand peeled. All you have to do for your chile fix is walk to the freezer! We ship frozen green chile on Monday and Tuesday only (for delivery on either Wednesday or Thursday) so call by Friday for shipment the next week. Chopped green chile is packaged in 2 lb. bags, a little more than one quart when thawed. They can be thawed enough to separate, repackage into smaller containers, and then refrozen. Unless otherwise specified in the special instructions field, MIXED heat will be 1/2 HOT and 1/2 MILD.
