Happy New Year!
Hope that 2013 will be joyous and prosperous for you and all those you hold dear. It has finally gotten cold in New Mexico and we're thankful for yummy, hot chile to help us warm up those dark winter nights. Last summer's chile harvest has supplied us with chile that tastes excellent and is a bit warmer than usual. Sounds pretty much like heaven to anyone who is a New Mexican at heart, doesn't it? No reason not to cook up a "reminder of summer" with some Green Chile Enchiladas or a comforting, hearty Red or Green Chile Stew to chase the chill away...
My new partner, Melissa Lama, is on board and will be handling some of the day to day operations, so you might reach Melissa instead of me. You're going to like working with her and she'll also take great care to make sure you get your chile fix with the same customer service that you've come to expect. No change in how you contact us, the website and phone number are the same. We'll have the same excellent New Mexican chile for you, no change to our "if it's not New Mexican you won't find it here" prejudice! No real change, just a shot of Melissa's special energy and enthusiasm.
As always, we ship frozen green chile for delivery on either Wednesday or Thursday so it goes out on Monday or Tuesday. Please get your orders for frozen chile in by Friday so they can be added to the shipping schedule for the next week. The red chile pods and powder are shipped UPS Ground (or PO Priority for 1 or 2 small bags of powder) and we'll get them off as soon as we receive them.
NOTE: We guarantee your satisfaction with our products.
