SPRINGTIME IN NEW MEXICO! We're planting chile and, like all farmers everywhere, hoping that this summer will bring a bang-up harvest season. We have everything in stock now though so you don't have to wait for your chile fix.

We might even have some ideas that will convert the non chile eaters in your life. Of course we'll have the products you need to fix those recipes, and just like always, if you need something from here in NM that I don't usually carry, just let me know and I'll do my best to get it to you.
